Refunds & Exchanges:
To Guarantee our Premium Quality we offer Returns & Exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
It is recommended you purchase our sample hair first so that you can find out which hair best matches yours. Email us at email@example.com if you have any problems and we will try our best to solve any issues you may encounter.
To return, you must first email us. Your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send it back via tracked and signed so that it arrives back to us, as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the event of a Damaged item:
Start by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged item. Next, you will need to send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed to offering you a full refund or an exchange. This policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
