To Guarantee our Premium Quality we offer Returns on all UNUSED items ONLY within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges so if you wish to order a different length/style you will first have to return your existing item for a full refund first and then re-order via our website. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ALL wig orders. This does not affect your statutory rights or our quality guarantee.
It is recommended you purchase our sample hair first so that you can find out which hair best matches yours. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems and we will try our best to solve any issues you may encounter.
To return, you must first email us stating your reasons for return. Your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send it back via a tracked and signed service, so that it arrives back to us as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund. Please note, a £4.98 processing fee will be deducted from your refund so you will receive your refund less the processing fee.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
In the event of a Damaged/faulty item:
Start by sending us an email to email@example.com with images of the damaged item. We will advise whether the item can be rectified and access whether the damage was indeed our fault. In the rare instance it was our fault, we would ask that you send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 2 months after your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
