Refunds & Exchanges:

To Guarantee our Premium Quality we offer Returns & Exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

It is recommended you purchase our sample hair first so that you can find out which hair best matches yours. Email us at if you have any problems and we will try our best to solve any issues you may encounter.

To return, you must first email us. Your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send it back via tracked and signed so that it arrives back to us, as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund. Please note, a £4.98 processing fee will be deducted from your refund so you will receive your refund less the processing fee.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event of a Damaged/faulty item:

Start by sending us an email to with images of the damaged item. Next, you will need to send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 2 months after your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
