I placed an order in November (including express delivery), yet to find out myself (in a matter of approximately three days after having ordered) that my order had not been processed due to “Anu” - a supposed employee who is so-called sick - had not been able to do anything. In hindsight, another with a basic brain, would have thought that to inform a client that there would be a delay with a PAID EXPRESS delivery! Keep in mind, this so-called Anu, has coworkers who cannot process an order, but they can, to my surprise, respond to my several inquiries regarding my package, yet cannot process a package. Anu has been sick for over a month, but the employees somehow can’t manage to pack an order or function without Anu. I requested to cancel my order, one of the employees stated they would inform the team, however, after doing so, I received an email stating my order is on the way. Surprise! I never received the package due to the international fee, so the courier said they would send it back to the sender. After doing so, a coworker said they moved locations within a matter of days, if I was in their shoes, I would disclose their new address, in case orders need to be returned. I’ve called various times, as well as emailed and WhatsApped them, but all I’ve gotten was bogus responses (if lucky), or just ghosted. I requested for a refund in December, but still hadn’t heard, nor received my refund. I am still fighting this as I type (16th January 2026) and still no luck. Their customer service is honestly ridiculous and seems like a child could do a better job at that. This company is a scam, take my word for it. Here’s my proof of all the encounters I’ve dealt with from this so-called company, “Anu”, and coworkers.
