Make sure you wash the clip ins immediately after they arrive. It's best to wash them in two sections so it's a faster process rather than washing them individually. Also, make sure you wash them in a downwards direction and not rubbing them together otherwise they could tangle. It is important you wash the actual clips itself as they are likely to be the dirtiest because it's been in your hair.

Each set comes with one bundle equating to 100g in total. This could be enough if your hair is very full and the clip ins you are after reaches the same length as your natural hair. However, for most people, we always recommend you go for at least two bundles equating to 200g for a full look particularly if you are lacking volume. Just add two bundles to your cart!

Each bundle comes with 1 x 5 clips, 1x 4 clips, 1 x 3 clips, 2 x 2 clips.

Yes, you can, however, we recommend you take it out before going to bed to extend the lifespan of the hair. If you chose to sleep with them, make sure you put your hair in a protective style and wrap your hair with a silk-based headscarf. Also, be sure to ungrip the clips in tender areas of your head to avoid tugging. Please check our maintenance page for tips on ensuring long lasting hair extensions. 

Brazilian Curly- This texture is perfect for type 3A-3B hair types. The curls are full, bouncy and soft. It's also our most loose curl pattern and requires the least maintenance. This curl pattern is our most versatile texture.

Kinky straight(less)- Best for chemically treated, relaxed or permed hair. Also great for a straight blow out Afro hair.

Kinky Curls(medium)- This texture is perfect for a woman with type 3c-4a hair. The curls are looser than the coarse but perfect for manipulating into different styles.  

Kinky Coarse(more)-  The curls are tight and suitable for 4a-4c hair types. This hair requires the most maintenance and mimics Afro textured hair when brushed out.

Don't worry if your hair doesn't match the clip ins precisely because you can use heat tools or twist outs to match your hair perfectly.

Please purchase our hair samples if you are unsure of which curl pattern will blend with your hair best.

It can last for up to 12 weeks but needs to be retightened every 4-6 weeks.

It should take 2-3hrs depending on the stylist. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide the micro rings in the package. This can be purchased separately.  

Microlinks can only be installed by us if your hair is 3 inches or longer. If your hair is over-processed or in poor condition, we would highly recommend that you wait until your hair is much healthier before booking an appointment. Our hair appointments are only suitable for natural hair types from kinky straight/relaxed hair to 3a-4c hair types and our hair extensions will only blend with these hair types.

Microlinks can last for up to 12 weeks but this is completely dependent on how well you manage to maintain them. With this in mind, it is important to note that our general recommended refit time is 4 weeks.  

Microlinks do not require the use of heat, adhesives or any other harmful chemicals. We hire only professional hairstylists who will make sure that there is no damage done to your natural hair. As long as you follow maintenance guidelines, no damage will occur.  

We would recommend that you book an appointment with us to have your microlinks removed by a professional stylist. This is to prevent any hair loss or hair damage in any way.  

This is completely subjective however unlike weaves/wigs your hair is not braided or sewn down so can be easily maintained and more thoroughly cleansed as well as look more natural. There is also more versatility in terms of styles that can be achieved.

The wig hat comes in one size. The hat is made out of a material that stretches which means it fits all head shapes and sizes. 

Yes, it's 100 % human hair. You can straighten and curl the hair. Although we do not recommend doing such with our kinky coarse texture as you can permanently destroy the curl pattern. 

The headband wigs come in one size. It can be easily adjusted to fit your head size.

It depends on how often you wear the hair. If you wear it every day then you should wash it once every week. If you wear it less than that then every two weeks is fine. Do not leave dirt to pile up once you notice it's getting dirty wash it! Please check our maintenance page for tips on ensuring long lasting hair extensions. 

Our hair is very low maintenance so we don't suggest you add too many products on it. It is recommended you only use a minimal amount of natural hair oil so the hair doesn't become greasy and weigh down. Also, it is best to apply a product to the hair once the hair is damp. Just as you use products for your natural hair, you can use the same to apply onto the hair. It is good to also deep condition the hair once every month to keep the softness. Yes, you can, it's 100 % human hair. It's fine to straighten and curl the hair. Although we do not recommend doing such with our kinky coarse texture as you can permanently destroy the curl pattern. The hair takes bleach very well, however, improper care can cause the hair to weaken and change its curl pattern. Dying the hair will not cause injury to the hair. If you must change the colour, please seek professional assistance. Please note, just like any hair, too much manipulation from its original state can cause damage.

Our hair can last anywhere between 6 months and a year with regular use and correct maintenance. Our hair can last longer if worn less often.
We recommend you purchase a weft sealer to keep shedding at a minimal. Please check our maintenance page for tips on ensuring long lasting hair extensions. 

 

We provide a colour service where you can purchase the desire hair and add the colour service to the order before purchasing. Also we cannot guarantee an exact colour match unless we see your hair in real life or you provide us with your exact colour code because images can sometimes alter colours but we will try our best to match your colour as close as possible. Colour can be hard to get precisely right. Please check our colour service page for further details and to add this service.

This service will extend your order by up to 3 weeks.

We recommend using professional dye only (not box dyes) or if you're inexperienced, selecting our colour service which will coloured by our professional stylist.

To go darker:

Mix together the colour of your choice from the brand 'Maxima' in their professional colour dye range with a creme peroxide 1.5% 5 volume (from Sally's). Apply it on the hair and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse. Deep condition and then apply a maintenance product of your choice on top. Please follow the instruction on the product's packaging to ensure you get the right result.

To go lighter:

We recommend selecting our colour service and allowing our professional stylist to colour the hair on your behalf. If you are going one or two shades lighter and feel confident colouring yourself then you can follow the steps above in the "to go darker" section but instead using a creme peroxide 3% 10 volume. Please use our colour service if you are not a confident colourist as damage can be easily caused when going lighter without professional support.

The 60-days quality warranty is put in place in the unfortunate case that within the first 60-days of receiving the hair you notice that the hair is damaged. Hair that has been coloured, dyed or bleached is exempt from this policy as we cannot take responsibility for colour damaged hair.

In the event that you notice that the hair is damaged within the first 60-days of receiving it due to no fault of your own. Please start by sending us an email to cs@toallmyblackgirls.com with images of the damaged item. We will advise whether the item can be rectified and access whether the damage was indeed our fault. In the rare instance it was our fault, we would ask that you send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 2 months after your purchase.
If 60 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

  For most people, we always recommend you go for at least two bundles equating to 200g for a full look.

If your natural hair is closer to the length you are ordering or you like your hair to have a natural thickness, then the shorter length would be more suitable.
