We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products, which is why we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To help you select the best match, we recommend purchasing our sample hair first. Should you experience any issues, feel free to reach out to us at cs@toallmyblackgirls.com, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
To initiate a return, please email us first. The item must be UNUSED, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This policy applies to both UK and international orders.
To Return/Exchange: 1) You must first email us stating your reasons for return. 2) Your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it in, it must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. 3) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send it back via tracked and signed service (Royal Mail's special delivery), so that it arrives back to us as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post. 4) Once we have received your return, we will process your refund. Please note, for returns (not exchanges) a £4.98 processing fee will be deducted from your refund so you will receive your refund less the processing fee. For exchanges, a delivery charge may apply as per your delivery method and destination.
In the event of a Damaged/faulty item:
Start by sending us an email to cs@toallmyblackgirls.com with images of the damaged item. We will advise whether the item can be rectified and access whether the damage was indeed our fault. In the rare instance it was our fault, we would ask that you send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 2 months after your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund. *Hair that has been coloured, dyed or bleached is exempt from this policy as we cannot take responsibility for colour damaged hair.
