Refunds & Exchanges:

To guarantee our premium quality, we offer returns and exchanges on all UNUSED items ONLY within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ANY custom or coloured orders. This does not affect your statutory rights or our quality guarantee.

It is recommended you purchase our sample hair first so that you can find out which hair best matches yours. Email us at if you have any problems and we will try our best to solve any issues you may encounter.

To Return/Exchange:

* We recommend you send the item back via tracked and signed service (Royal Mail's special delivery), so that it arrives back to us as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post.

* Please note, for returns (not exchanges) a £4.98 processing fee will be deducted from your refund so you will receive your refund less the processing fee. For exchanges, a delivery charge may apply as per your delivery method and destination.

In the event of a Damaged/faulty item:

Start by sending us an email to with images of the damaged item. We will advise whether the item can be rectified and access whether the damage was indeed our fault. In the rare instance it was our fault, we would ask that you send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 2 months after your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund. *Hair that has been coloured, dyed or bleached is exempt from this policy as we cannot take responsibility for colour damaged hair.
